QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering, · A postgraduate degree such as MBA (Finance) is not necessary but will be advantageous, · +5 years of experience in Corporate Investor Relations, Equity Research, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance; M&A, Investment Banking; · In-depth understanding of the financial institutions and investment market, · Ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail, · Coordination capabilities between departments, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority, · Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills, · Excellent communication skills at all levels and within different mediums, · Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation, · Advanced persuasive communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English, · Must be able to travel JOB DESCRIPTION · Builds a proper Investor Relations (IR) practice, establishes required policies and procedures for a company operating in a global scale. · Supports and monitors company stock performance daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly critical from investor’s perspective · Facilitates and monitors the production of quarterly and annual shareholder reports required by the Capital Markets Board · Targets, schedules and facilitates execution of analysts and investors meetings for the company throughout the year or towards a particular event such as Capital Markets Day, Road Show events, Investor Conferences · Follows up consistently and proactively with investors and analysts regarding outstanding issues and questions. Informs management and recommend proactive solutions to support shareholder value. · Remains current and informs investor community regularly about the company and its operations, industry specific developments, macroeconomic conditions. · Coordinates and serves as a point of contact between the company and the public on disclosure matters, public announcements and communications efforts, · Ensure development and continues improvements of company’s investor relations website as well as other communications channels including social media to establish effective and impactful communications with the investor community. · Liaison and develop relationship with the regulatory authorities such as CMB, Istanbul Stock Exchange to ensure full compliance and company representations.
