QUALIFICATIONS Graduated from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, At least 2 years of experience in the field, Experience in Investor Relations of publicly traded companies and/or in Research, Corporate Finance, etc., at brokerage firms, Proficient in advanced spoken and written English, Good command of MS Office applications, Strong analytical thinking, communication, planning, organization, and reporting skills; team-oriented and proactive, Familiar with KAP, e-GKS, e-Company, e-YKS, and MKS applications, Knowledgeable about the Capital Markets Board regulations and related legislation, Knowledgeable in IFRS reporting, financial reporting, and financial analysis, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, A good team player with an enterprising attitude, Residing in Istanbul. JOB DESCRIPTIONS Support the preparation of all communication materials (investor presentations, etc.), respond to investor inquiries, and organize events for investors (teleconferences, analyst days, etc.), Coordinate the preparation of annual/interim reports, corporate governance reports, and sustainability compliance reports by the relevant departments, Prepare KAP disclosures and monitor developments related to MKK, ensuring compliance with public disclosure regulations, Utilize the MKS and e-YKS systems, Ensure the General Assembly process is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations, prepare necessary documents, and manage electronic General Assembly operations, Maintain the investor relations website, Actively participate in the planning and scheduling of important events such as roadshows, investor conferences, and company investor days, Develop investor targeting; plan and monitor outreach activities to shareholders, Conduct market research: analyze and present industry trends, follow investor relations and local trends.
